Politely people who know what they are doing. Dentist's are gentle and very nice.
I just had my first visit and I am so happy with the staff. The lab technician was super quick and nice, Melissa the gum specialist was so sweet, and Dr. Heinrich was through but quick! The whole consult was straightforward, and how my treatment plan was laid out was easy to understand. Even as I shared concerns (and fears), the front desk ladies Tina and Jacklyn were supportive with information, but not at all pressuring. I made all of my immediate appointments and cannot wait to work with such a great team!
