My problems were diagnosed and a plan of action was given to address them
Not having dental insurance the last few years my teeth have fallen apart. I expected to be frowned upon but surprisingly was not. It was a great relief. I found ALL employees to be very professional and kind. Another great relief was the cleanliness of the office. Like a medical office should be. ( i have been to some dirt holes you couldnt believe were dental offices). Everyone was exceedingly cordial. The hygienist answered many questions for me in a very educational manner.
The service team was very friendly and accommodating! I was happy to have found a dentist office that welcomed new clients and handled all business professionally. I would definitely recommend every person that I know to Aspen Dental Germantown.

I came in for a scheduled cleaning. I always arrive early, but I wasn't called in until about 15 mins after my scheduled time. The hygienist apologized for the delay. The hygienist was great, did a good job, and answered my questions thoroughly. This was my third visit to Aspen. The facility has always been clean and comfortable. The only issue that I have is each time I visit, a different person is taking care of me.
