This was a very stressful appointment due to finding out that I needed dentures and had to have 13 teeth pulled. Needless to say the cost was high, but, working with Shayla in the office was very helpful. She was able to find me a 20% discount which helped with the "pain". Everyone that I came into contact with was very caring. I will recommend Aspen to others who need to find a dentist..
Everyone has been very professional, polite, and accommodating. My daughter had significant pain and they worked to get us in quickly, recommended a specialist and their follow-up work was extremely kind and patient.
Great experience withAspen Dental. Dr Umme and Kelly were wonderful. I was kept informed all the way through the procedures and made to feel at ease and comfotable the whole time.
The front desk girls are very nice and they are so cheerful when you sign in. Ty is the one who took me the seat for the doctor to see me. She was very friendly and helpful, ask me if I had any questions or concerns. Explained everything that she did. She is a joy to be around.
While my experience was great with the xrays and examination of mouth (Brandy was awesome....so far *smile). I was disappointed to learn that there was in inquiry on credit report. The young lady that took my information about setting up a payment plan for my treatment did not tell me I was applying for credit as I don't want any hard inquiries on my credit report. I thought this was an in-house payment plan.
I am scared to death of a dentist but was in bad need of some long awaited procedures. Dr. Young and Angie are the greatest. I would recommend this office too anyone.
The entire staff was very understanding that I needed to stay with my elderly parent during the procedure. I'm a caregiver. They were all very kind. Dr. Vu was completely awesome! My parent has had a few bad experiences with dentists in the past. Dr. Vu made the whole experience go very easily. We were both very happy with everything from the front desk to the technicians & assistants to Dr. Vu. I would definitely recommend this location!

I used to see hygienist for many years of my life been living in the different locations - St. Petersbug, Russia, Brooklyn, Queens, Virginia, New Jersey and Florida. I really need some special help and was looking for a good one. God blessed me! I'd like to share my experience.
