Hygienist Allie was amazing, so friendly, patient, calmed my nerves. She is so knowledgeable and offered great, easy to follow advice on how to keep my mouth healthy. Highly recommend!
I haven't been to the dentist in a few years due to financial/insurance issues. Went to Aspen Dental in Algonquin, and was met with the most caring team I could have ever asked for. The top plate of my first set of dentures broke!! They were made by a Medicaid dentist and I loved them!! I went back to the Medicaid dentist and they made me an awful replacement!! They were big and bulky and super uncomfortable and they looked terrIble!! They did not look natural at all!! I went to Aspen dental and they made a mold of the original top plate I liked and made me the most beautiful teeth!! I am so incredibly pleased!! I havent been to the dentist in about 7 years, for obvious reasons - no one likes the dentist. I was having some tooth pain and my insurance offered this place as the first appt available in my area. I love aspen dental for so many different reasons! They accept a variety of I insurance plans & also offer monthly payment financing options as well for anything insurance doesn't cover! The staff is so frIendly and welcoming. Everyone is always smiling and doing whatever it takes to make you feel at home. The doctor & hygienists are very good at explaining the health concerns that they have. I would recommend all my family and friends to visit Aspen Dental!

I went for a routine cleaning a couple months ago. The staff were very courteous and professional. The exam was thorough, they explained in detail the results, and I felt like I was in good hands. I will definitely go back.
Amazing atmosphere and care. Ashley B. and her staff all are very sweet. My son, Deiontae and I was a first timer and he was very terrified when Ashley called his name. But once everything was completed, he was smiling & relaxed again. He even made the statement that everyone was so nice! Shocked me(he has NEVER made any comments after leaving appointments). Dr. Rosales and staff are amazing. They put my mind at ease and explained everything to me in away I can understand. I love the fact that we can watch TV during treatment or waiting for the doctor to come in. That is one way that made me feel very comfortable. I also loved that the staff kept me informed and the doctor pulled the X-Ray up on the TV right in front of me so I could see everything as he was explaining it to me at the same time. I have already recommended Aspen Dental to people who need a dentist.
I have been trying to make an appointment for my son for 2 weeks. Everytime I make the appointment I receive a call from a manager who tells me they don't see kids and wants to refer me to a place that doesn't accept my insurance. I then have my insurance call them so they can provide them the details of the provider to send the referral to and they refuse, saying my son needs to be seen. But then say they don't see kids.
