Was looking for denture repair and googled it. Aspen Dental came up and and I checked out the website. Said "If your denture is broken or needs a little extra love, we're one walk-in visit away. Schedule appointment Same-day denture repairs with our onsite labs". Walked in today and said I needed denture repair and I was not interested in new dentures. Said I had to be an established patient and make an appointment with the doctor because they would want to examine me and take xrays. For a denture repair?? Of course no... read more

If you're looking for a decent dentist with completely clueless office staff this is the place for you! What a nightmare it has been dealing with the office staff at this location for billing issues and insurance. Each time we have called, they continue to say they will call us back and never have. I am incredibly disappointed in this business and will never frequent them again.

I hate having to write this, I went to this office for several years and loved the front desk staff. I noticed the dentists changed with no notice. I would make an appointment with a dentist and show up and it would be a new person. Same with assistants but didn't think much about it because it wasn't the worst experiences but it wasn't great. Went to Aspen Dental Algonquin almost a year ago to get implants They started the procedure but has not finished. They required me to prepay over $5000.00 now they wont return my calls to schedule the completion of the procedure. They first scheduled me to go to Mt Prospect then they cancelled and wanted me to go to Niles then canceled. Now I have implants under my gums but nothing more still using temporary dentures. DO NOT USE THEM !!!!! No service is worse than bad service. I wish i could give negative stars on here.

I came here for a slight emergency to get a temporary filling after mine came out. My regular dentist was out of the country so I wanted to at least get a little relief until I could get to him. These people prey on insecurities. Not just adults, but also teenagers! We went last week to get a ballpark figure for braces or Invisalign. For the record my son is healthy, handsome, symmetrical, and only needs a couple of gaps closed and maybe one or two teeth straightened out. That should've been a fairly straightforward appointment. However Dr. Frey came in and suggested a bunch of unnecessary surgeries. It cost me $2000 to have an ex ray, cleaning and one tooth extraction, ridiculous. The financial help they offer was a joke. I'll never go back.

Again!!! I'm just committed to being stupid and I was shamed into going back to get my painful tooth pulled, as we were advised by the very rude and unhelpful staff, except for receptionist Annie,who is amazing. Showed up at my appointment time and was presented a bill for $398.00 before I could even proceed. Don't schedule appointments if you can not keep them. When calling to confirm the appointment don't go on about how you can't believe YOU booked it so late and then call the day of to say there was an "emergency" and have to reschedule. Forget the emergency of the patient being in pain because you don't want to work late. Way to lose about 16K in work due to laziness
