Dr Patel is incompetent and his office staff Rebecca is rude. Our endodontist and another dentist have fixed or will have to fix my daughter's teeth.

This office is terrible. They call and cancel and need to reschedule frequently. They also make you wait forever in the waiting room. The last appointment for my sons wisdom tooth consultation took over an hour for the doctor to look at him for 5 minutes before giving us the same diagnosis we had last time. (Needed wisdom teeth out) - just made me come in because it had been over a year (because of Covid) since the first referral. Was looking for denture repair and googled it. Aspen Dental came up and and I checked out the website. Said "If your denture is broken or needs a little extra love, we're one walk-in visit away. Schedule appointment Same-day denture repairs with our onsite labs". Walked in today and said I needed denture repair and I was not interested in new dentures. If you're looking for a decent dentist with completely clueless office staff this is the place for you! What a nightmare it has been dealing with the office staff at this location for billing issues and insurance. Each time we have called, they continue to say they will call us back and never have. I am incredibly disappointed in this business and will never frequent them again.

I hate having to write this, I went to this office for several years and loved the front desk staff. I noticed the dentists changed with no notice. I would make an appointment with a dentist and show up and it would be a new person. Same with assistants but didn't think much about it because it wasn't the worst experiences but it wasn't great. Went to Aspen Dental Algonquin almost a year ago to get implants They started the procedure but has not finished. They required me to prepay over $5000.00 now they wont return my calls to schedule the completion of the procedure. They first scheduled me to go to Mt Prospect then they cancelled and wanted me to go to Niles then canceled. Now I have implants under my gums but nothing more still using temporary dentures. DO NOT USE THEM !!!!! No service is worse than bad service. I wish i could give negative stars on here.

I came here for a slight emergency to get a temporary filling after mine came out. My regular dentist was out of the country so I wanted to at least get a little relief until I could get to him. I waited for about an hour and a half-- it was pretty busy and I was a walk in so I expected that --after getting some x-rays. These people prey on insecurities. Not just adults, but also teenagers! We went last week to get a ballpark figure for braces or Invisalign. For the record my son is healthy, handsome, symmetrical, and only needs a couple of gaps closed and maybe one or two teeth straightened out. That should've been a fairly straightforward appointment. However Dr. Frey came in and suggested a bunch of unnecessary surgeries. It cost me $2000 to have an ex ray, cleaning and one tooth extraction, ridiculous. The financial help they offer was a joke. I'll never go back.
