Again!!! I'm just committed to being stupid and I was shamed into going back to get my painful tooth pulled, as we were advised by the very rude and unhelpful staff, except for receptionist Annie,who is amazing. Showed up at my appointment time and was presented a bill for $398.00 before I could even proceed. Don't schedule appointments if you can not keep them. When calling to confirm the appointment don't go on about how you can't believe YOU booked it so late and then call the day of to say there was an "emergency" and have to reschedule. Forget the emergency of the patient being in pain because you don't want to work late. Way to lose about 16K in work due to laziness

I reviewed this location already and gave them one star. I was contacted by their satisfaction team and they referred me right back to the Algonquin office. I spoke to an in the Algonquin office that promised to get back to me by the end of the day and I never heard from her again. I am getting nothing but a run around from these people and I still can't get my dental back. This place has become a nightmare for me and I spent almost $5,000 with them and I still can't get any satisfaction and I would never want to do business... read more
This was my last time. When I first went there it was great. After second visit it continued to be issues. From huge turnover, rude hygienist, scheduling, and billing. It's unfair because I thought I finally found a good dentist. Not recommending them to anyone and more importantly not going back!

I had made an appointment for a cleaning. Once I arrived, I was told that since I missed my 6 month appointment a full exam was needed. At the conclusion of the exam, which was more rough than normal in my opinion, I was told that my teeth were too dirty to clean that day and I would need a new appointment later in the month. I Scheduled a 6 month cleaning and a tooth to be pulled after they sent me to another dentist to see if Aspen can put a crown on it, and no it needs to be pulled. Well at my appointment today I waited in the waiting room about 30 min. Then brought in and had x-ray's taken and then waited 30 more min. For the dentist to come in and look at the x-ray's and look in my mouth and said she left to talk with office manager 15 mins go by and the hygienist came in to look in my mouth and say I need a cleaning. If you want your teeth cleaned in less than 10 minutes then come here. I have never been to a place that cleans my teeth that fast and the doctor come in for less than a minute to look at my teeth. At the minimum places I've been to take 30 minutes to clean my teeth and doctor maybe 15 minutes to actually look at my teeth. Never going to come here again worse dental service ever.

Very disappointed. My daughters wisdom teeth surgery appointment was canceled about 20 minutes before we got there. Supposedly the oral surgeon was stuck in an elevator. Pretty lame excuse I think. (It was a Monday and the Dr. probably didn't feel like working.) Was he gonna be stuck In the elevator all day? I had an appointment for my 6 month check up and cleaning. I had transferred from the Woodstock office to the Randall Rd Algonquin office. I had called them 2 times to ask them to transfer my chart. My info had not been transferred, I was asked twice when I had X-rays last, when I had a cleaning last . They did my X-rays even tho they still never called the Woodstock office, the Dr looked at a couple teeth.
