This was my last time. When I first went there it was great. After second visit it continued to be issues. From huge turnover, rude hygienist, scheduling, and billing. It's unfair because I thought I finally found a good dentist. Not recommending them to anyone and more importantly not going back!

I had made an appointment for a cleaning. Once I arrived, I was told that since I missed my 6 month appointment a full exam was needed. At the conclusion of the exam, which was more rough than normal in my opinion, I was told that my teeth were too dirty to clean that day and I would need a new appointment later in the month. I Scheduled a 6 month cleaning and a tooth to be pulled after they sent me to another dentist to see if Aspen can put a crown on it, and no it needs to be pulled. Well at my appointment today I waited in the waiting room about 30 min. Then brought in and had x-ray's taken and then waited 30 more min. For the dentist to come in and look at the x-ray's and look in my mouth and said she left to talk with office manager 15 mins go by and the hygienist came in to look in my mouth and say I need a cleaning. If you want your teeth cleaned in less than 10 minutes then come here. I have never been to a place that cleans my teeth that fast and the doctor come in for less than a minute to look at my teeth. At the minimum places I've been to take 30 minutes to clean my teeth and doctor maybe 15 minutes to actually look at my teeth. Never going to come here again worse dental service ever.

Very disappointed. My daughters wisdom teeth surgery appointment was canceled about 20 minutes before we got there. Supposedly the oral surgeon was stuck in an elevator. Pretty lame excuse I think. (It was a Monday and the Dr. probably didn't feel like working.) Was he gonna be stuck In the elevator all day? I had an appointment for my 6 month check up and cleaning. I had transferred from the Woodstock office to the Randall Rd Algonquin office. I had called them 2 times to ask them to transfer my chart. My info had not been transferred, I was asked twice when I had X-rays last, when I had a cleaning last . They did my X-rays even tho they still never called the Woodstock office, the Dr looked at a couple teeth. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Made an appointment with their call center due to severe pain after a filling that was done 2 months ago at smiles on Randall which don't go there either. I explained to the girl that I was having severe pain in that tooth and the dentists at smiles on Randall said there was nothing wrong. When I spoke to the lady at the call center and explained EXACTLY what was wrong she advised me that the initial exam with full mouth X-rays would be $19 at the promotion they had. I brought my 89 year old mom to the Algonquin office for some loose teeth. I am glad that I went in to the treatment room with her. She can't walk very well, so the accounts girl also came in there to talk about costs. She was talking pretty non stop, and very loudly. Although she may have meant well, my mom isn't deaf, and it was rather nerve rattling. The tech mixed the materials for a dental mold, and I feel that it was far too thin. Made me pay for something I didn't get done as I'm in dental chair. Manager thought I was going to wait for refund after she contacts corporate. If they approve. No. Then charged wrong price. Two mistakes. I bit my tongue from talking with this scammer. I received no aftercare directions. I walked back in and lo and behold. She took original charge off my card and charged me correctly. Should have been done in the first place. I am reporting them.
