Made me pay for something I didn't get done as I'm in dental chair. Manager thought I was going to wait for refund after she contacts corporate. If they approve. No. Then charged wrong price. Two mistakes. I bit my tongue from talking with this scammer. I received no aftercare directions. I walked back in and lo and behold. She took original charge off my card and charged me correctly. Should have been done in the first place. I am reporting them.

My wife had an appointment today. I drove her there with my 1 and a half year old I went and grabbed dinner and drove right back . I didn't bring my daughter in because we were eating and she can be loud and boy does she have a lot of energy so she can climb. Long wait........ So long I decided to write this review Wanted to give me a cleaning & I just had one 2 days ago. I was told $70 out of pocket for consultation on my way out. Estimated cost should have been given in advance.

I'm not getting dental insurance until January I had an abscess tooth and they took care of it by giving me anabiotic they said I needed a deep cleaning which was $1700 I can't afford that I called today to just to see if they could just clean my teeth and I could do the deep cleaning later and they were arguing with me no I would not recommend this place apparently they want people who have fantastic insurance or have a lot of money. I went to Aspen Dental for an emergency procedure because I lost a cap on one of my teeth. Upon our first visit and after the initial exam, I was told I needed some extensive work and it would also be necessary to extract a number of teeth and be fitted for partial dentures. The next stop was into the Office Managers office for amount to be covered by insurance and what my responsibility would be. I didn't get expensive dentures my hard reline turned out to be a soft one. They don't know how to do math, the numbers they have are about $400.00 more then my insurance is showing now I need to try and get someone who can see and do basic math to see what I see until they can't Iwill need to take other measures. DENTURES SUCK AND WILL BE GOING BACK FOR REFUND.Will post again with that result.
