Had 2 - 1hr appointments scheduled back to back. One for my son and one for myself. New patient with full set of X-rays, but have to reschedule follow ups for cleanings. This is poor on Aspen, to be so disrespectful of clients time. At least disclose that cleanings will not be done at the time they are scheduled. So after 2.5 hours of being there (since they wouldn’t run the appointments simultaneously) I now have to have both of us go back for cleanings.

As a NEW patient, I scheduled a cleaning on Saturday morning. They took plenty of x-rays. but instead of a hygienist coming in to clean my teeth the dentist came in and started addressing the concerns in my mouth. I asked when they were going to clean my teeth & was informed that there is no hygienist in on Saturday mornings. So now I have to schedule another appointment for cleaning & I have no idea if my insurance will pay for the 2nd appointment.

I had some tooth pain bothering me really bad that I needed a tooth pulled. I was able to schedule an appointment on 11-2-17 for 445 pm at 130 pm. This looked promising. So at 420 pm I arrive for my appointment to fill out paperwork for my new patient appointment. The guy behind the desk acted like he didn't want to be bothered. Worst place I've ever been to. A lot of hidden fees they don't tell you about. Until you get billed in the mail. I am so upset with this place. I have switched offices to another dentist. They seem money hungry, charging people unnecessary things like a $200 tooth brush as well. The people are very pushy when it comes to making financial decisions. STAY AWAY.
