The staff is friendly except the front end person. I am somewhat disappointed in the fact I was originally informed my bridge would be ready Monday. Before I left on Friday I was told Wednesday. How can they expect a patient to walk around for 6 days with missing teeth especially when my tongue keeps on going to that area and now has a small cut. A temporary would have been acceptable.
I had a new hygienist who was very professional and got the job done efficiently.

I've had pretty good experiences with my cleanings and other visits, but we have had several issues with billing. Being billed twice, insurance not being properly billed, surprise charges being sent via mail, etc. I always fight it until it gets fixed, but it is often a huge waste of time and frustration. I just went yesterday for my normal cleaning and while the checkout process was quick and clear, I almost expect to get a bill asking me to pay for my fluoride treatment again, as has happened in the past.
