My Partial broke a monday evening,, I Called on tuesday morning and scheduled a saturday apt, Because they have NO EVENING hours and I cant take off of work,, So I waited all week with one front tooth missing,, Not smiling and feeling awkward,, FRIDAY AFTERNOON THEY CALLED ME AND SAID THEY CANT FIX MY PARTIAL ON SATURDAY BECAUSE THE LAB ISNT IN!! We had a 7:30 am appt (1st appt of the day) and my son was not scene until 7:50. There were 3 other patients waiting as well. I scheduled that early for a reason. My son had to get to school and I had to get to work. I have an hour commute 1 way. Very frustrating to then wait again to be checked out. The girls were very chatty with each other and the Dr when they all came in. I am expected to be on time for my job. I start at a specific time, so I am expected to be there 5-10 min early to get my computer etc up and running.
TOTAL SCAM!
I am very happy to finally smile again, but don't have my bottom still. They messed up my teeth and now have to go through more gas and visits to wait til they get it right.
That was a waste of time , they told I did not have any Appointment` to get services done , only a first time evaluation , so now I'm still in pain and back to searching for a dentist that will pull a an infected tooth
Terrible experience, they are more worried in charge you than help you. I just needed an extraction and they tried to charge me for the procedure one day before and at the time of the procedure the want me to pay in advance, before anything be done. I never see this before, they treat you like a criminal. If this is the kind of patience they usually deal with, I don't want to be one of them. I do not recommend!!! ☹️
These hacks insisted I need it my wisdom teeth removed ASAP so help me fill out all the forms for the financial aid, only to find out three days later from a local dentist that they would highly recommend not removing my wisdom teeth. So the lack of judgment and the lack of an English-speaking dentist and the lack of any medical personnel having any type of manners whatsoever well hopefully persuade others to avoid this useless place.
This was the worst experience I ever had !! The office manager (rude-don't care about patients-non apologizing for anything)and the whole staff was just rude !! I asked to speak to the office manager and that was just a waste of time !
