I must give 5 stars. I haven't been to a dentist because like most have had bad experiences as a child and have tremendous fear of dental procedures. I am currently a cancer patient receiving chemo and radiation treatments, and they were sure to get the release from my doctor to proceed with oral surgery. I need to have all my teeth pulled and get dentures and have no insurance. Jess was able to set me up with a payment plan and it was quite expensive. I have been going to Aspen Dental for many years. Their dentists are outstanding and can handle complicated cases without any issues. I believe they are highly skilled and I have always had their services without pain during and afterwards. When , I retired I lost my dental insurance and helped me find one wit better coverage and lower cost to me. I am a highly satisfied customer. Lastly their dental hygienist is outstanding and I highly recommend her.
I am very happy to finally smile again. Been very good to me.
The staff was very friendly, they answered all of my questions. The dental assistant was very kind and patient while doing the xrays. The dentist was very thorough his exam and offered great advice on my plan of action. The woman who set up everything from my dental plan to the financial part was very thorough and explained everything perfectly.
The front desk help was so pleasant and helpful throughout my whole experience with being a new patient. I am so glad I chose this location! Thank you Janelle and Jess!
