Do not let customer service/scheduling tell you that you can have a first time patient review and a cleaning in the same day. Took off work to come in at 8am to get a check up and cleaning and it's, understandably, not doable in the same day. I have a teeth whitening in a week elsewhere and now will not have had my teeth cleaned in time for it. Would have scheduled differently if scheduling would have been told this 3 weeks ago when I scheduled. Will be finding local and small dentist for future appointments. I need there to... read more
Only 1 star because I can't do zero. Money hungry doesn't begin to explain it, they want you on a payment plan for anything and everything. Bunch of scam artist save your time & money.
I went there last January for a mild toothache. They made me get x-rays and then proceeded to tell me I needed to get all my teeth pulled out. Also that I needed dentures. Apparently they tell everyone that so they can charge you 30,000.00 dollars! No Thank-you. Would not recommend this place. They will rip you off and not help you.
Writing this review on behalf of my 80 year old Father. He visited Aspen Dental for a pre-surgical clearance on his teeth. The dentist pulled 6 teeth, leaving him unable to chew at all, with no eye toward reconstruction. Was told that we'll talk to you about reconstruction after you finish your payment plan which was for 48 months!!! So It is OK to leave a human being without the ability to chew for 48 months???
