had a appointment to get a tooth pulled and went in and sat there for a 1hr past my time and still did not get it pulled will not go there again
3000 grand thats crazy and not explaining anything very good
I will never go here a can and they first take X-rays and than they take you in to a nutter room and do more stuff and I have to wait for the doctors and than that was 20 minutes than they look at my teeth and say I have a few teeth need work and I’m like I only told you one and they say I need to see a nutter Dentis and they ware not there and than they will be there Monday and than the day I need to cleaning and I side I’m get one clean today and they side no you have to make a nutter appointment, what a nightmare and I ha... read more
Very disappointed in their work.
The first strike was when I waited 45 minutes for my appointment. The second was that I had to schedule a second appointment for a basic cleaning. The third though was the last straw. We sent our son who was home for his Spring break last week. Not only did they try to up sell everything we were told he needed a two-step gingivitis cleaning. I asked to speak to the Dentist immediately because he was just our regular dentist 6 months ago and was fine (we had a change in insurance so decided to try Aspen). I was tol... read more
if you want to spend money this is the place to go you can everything under the sun done here. I just want a cleaning and to fix the problems that need immediate attention. I dont want to be given gas after I've said no. this has happened to my husband and I each time we went in for work at 2 different locations. I dont want to come in for a wisdom tooth to be removed and start getting numbed on the wrong side and wrong tooth. then the tooth that had to come out by Monday I now have to wait 3 weeks to see the surgeon because... read more
Worst office in my life. I was first patient, but everybody was late. For doing nothing, because I leave angry, they charge me and my insurance. For NOTHING.
The dental staff was great, however, they need more practice taking x-rays on children (smaller mouth kind of thing). I was not impressed when I signed in and saw the secretary was eating food at the front desk while speaking to me with food in her mouth, hand over her mouth. There are break rooms for this. I didn't like the fact that as a busy mom of 4 and a full-time job that I had to schedule an initial consultation only to re-schedule preventive treatments for all 4 of my children.
