Dr. Chadha and staff are second to none ... very compassionate and caring! I had a bad dental experience as a child and always put off dental visits until I found them. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
It had been quite some time since I was to a dentist, mainly because it wasn't a regular thing for me as a child, and I suffer from terrible anxiety so i just steered clear. I never felt so relaxed and comfortable as I did at Aspen. They are fantastic.
I wasn't to a dentist in many years and I was afraid to go, but my fiancée made me. I was surprised how nice everyone was. Now I have no problems going to the office for my appointments. Thank u Cedar Crest staff!
The staff at this office is so much fun to be around. We always laugh when i am there. They make me feel so comfortable, especially Maritza!
Everyone that works there is so friendly and makes you feel relaxed. I have been with the same dentist for many years and since he retired, I was looking for a new dentist that I felt comfortable with and trusted. Dr B and the rest of the staff at the office did just that. Thank you Cedar Crest team! Keep up the good work!
😡The dentists are great, but the office staff that do the billing are HORRIBLE. You pay the balance in full and the next time you come in they say you owe them for a previous balance. I can see this happening once, but it happens constantly. I will not be going back here. Get some competent office staff.
absolutely not, I originally went in there a year ago because my dentist closed down because of covid, I needed to get a cap on my root canal, they somehow found so many other things "wrong" with my teeth including another tooth needing another root canal, infected gums and 3 cavities that needed to be filled. I had to take out financing to pay for everything, which has been a nightmare, I get automatic payments taken every month and I still get calls saying I am late.
