I recently switched to Aspen Dental in Auburn, Maine and I am very happy I did. They are great and everyone is always smiling. I get a real sense that everyone there really cares about my dental needs, which makes me more relaxed when I do have to have a procedure done.
Absolute joke of a dentist office got two crowns down that wiggle, charged me 240$ bill 8 months after my appointment, even though I paid it in the office that day.

Refuses to return patient calls, rude to patients in person at the front desk. Fraudulent business practices. Avoid this place at all costs. If you do go there, DO NOT PAY UP FRONT. They take your money then ignore you.
Community Dental(Great place) has me booked for January. But wanted to get work done sooner as I’m now in college but wanted to get it done beforehand so went against my better judgment. Got in there immediately, and made the fortunate mistake of letting slip that multiple people strongly recommended not going here… Oh boy, let’s just say I also highly recommend going literally anywhere else. There’s a reason there’s not a long wait line. I’ll let my teeth rot out of my head before giving them business.

I’ve had THE worst experience of my life with this company. I spent over $5000 for you to give me a great smile. Such crap. You refuse to fix my teeth even though I keep asking. You either won’t or have no staff to even answer the phones. You shouldn’t be taking any new patients. You don’t have the staff for half of what you do have. they canceled on three times, didn't let me know till last.sec , horrible cx service, I strongly wouldn't recommend Aspen Dental

I got 2 teeth pulled from here today and will not return the lady that did it put novicane on my gums and immediately stuck the needle in did not give it one minute to sit and and four times this has never happened anywhere else immediately after that I asked for something to get the fluids out of my mouth and I was told just swallow it it’s fine I don’t understand how this dentist was liscensed in the first place!!!!

This place is terrible I went in a couple months ago for some fillings and the lady doing the work was really rude . She wouldn’t wait for the novacaine to work she was in such a hurry to get me out she injected me with like 10 shots instead of waiting for it to work It’s been like 2 months and my teeth still hurt that they filled they lady definitely did something wrong . I’ve never had tooth pain from filling’s before

If it’s your only option than your stuck . Their communication is absolutely horrible the First Lady I had has 0 compassion very cold not an once of gentleness to her if you have severe dental anxiety this is not the place to go.. the price continues to change they didn’t listen to me when I told them what I wanted and failed to tell the billing lady .
