Broke a tooth last night, called for an appt., was told that because they got a new dentist since my last cleaning they will not see me until after my next cleaning 1/23/19! They suggested I try Aspen in Topsham! I called Topsham and I was on hold for 4 minutes before I hung up. lol. I called a local practice and have an appt. tomorrow. I am happy there are still dentist out there that give a hoot.
Awful . The Wal mart of dentistry. Seat had dirt on it and was grimey. Countertops were unwashed. Staff wasn't rude or anything but man they push for every possible procedure you don't need. I just got forgotten at the end after waiting 10 minutes so I just walked out. Basically used a day off for nothing. And no don't contact me aspen i won't be coming back.
Always have gotten kind, compassionate service. My only issue is I got 4 implants and was told is wasn't even as bad as getting a tooth pulled. WRONG!!!! And when I left the appt I was never given any instructions on how to care for my mouth the 3 days before my post procedure appt.

Worst dental experience I have ever had. Once I get what they messed up fixed and my refund settled I will never be going back
Aspen dental is a joke, I had an appointment schedule for my daughter the called a day before to cancel because of stuff issues. We found another place to take her, I called for an appointment because I had a broken tooth and was in pain, they set up an appointment saying that they will put me on a call list where i was in pain that never happened. The just called to cancel my appointment because yet again they had a stuff issue. Thanks aspen dental for wasting my time.. I will be sure to make it known how bad your guys are.
The overall cleaning was good. I feel I got what my insurance pays for. BUT...I feel I was taken advantage of. It started with xrays...ok...if they need them...then the hygienist says I want the Dentist to look at you..( my mouth). Ok...maybe something unusual she wanted him to see. Nope everything is fine??. I finish with the cleaning and schedule my next appointment...then I'm told to wait for the receptionist...she takes the money. I figure..ok I have a $50 deductible....but nooo. She says $95 please. Husband had an appointment for 8:00am scheduled a week in advance get there the day of and they said he wasn’t in for that day! Wtf!!! They claimed a schedule malfunction! � Not Happy!

I am still trying to get my work done, I feel like they put me off because my wallet won't let me upgrade another 500 bucks, so I'll be nice. But, taking months 2as not in my plans. Why do they have such a high rating?
I am scared to death of dentist and when I went In the first time and they were so nice they took the time with me to make sure I was comfortable and that ment the world to me and will go back again
