Ethically not a good place
Super crooked! Avoid them if at all possible. I swear they run on commission.. They perform various procedures without telling you or obtaining your approval and then charge you astronomical amounts of money for it. I recently went for a "follow up" to a previous service they performed and a filling. At check out, they tried charging me for a cleaning and fluoride treatment which I had not asked for or consented to. And then they argued with me about it. Go anywhere else!!
Their commercials are total BS...they don’t help you. I made an appointment for my son for today...last Friday, and they cancelled because he did not confirm. I confirmed when I made the appointment on Friday. I am beyond irritated and the woman on the phone was a joke. Nice way to treat people. Kept saying he should go to the ER...he’s already seen his doctor...running a fever of 102. My lawyer will be paying you a visit. My wife had full extractions done. With her insurance. We paid a set price, all to be included. Now, you botched the surgery, messed up her mouth and jaw, and won't do nothing at all for pain. Then, she goes back in and you sell.. I repeat sell her some mouth rinse. ??? WTF ??? Trust me, we will be in contact.
They routinely cancel appointments. I have been trying to get my son in to see them since November. It is now April. Had an appointment in January, they cancelled. Rescheduled for today. They cancelled again. Can't see us for yet another seven weeks, and they'll probably cancel that one too. Go somewhere else.
aspen dental is a rip off !! because i have insurance the $399 denture is $503? with insurance paying $149.50 my portion is $353.50 instead of $249.50 I dont know who taught them math but they need to go back to school!
This place is a total joke. Sitting in the chair for 45 minutes and no Doctor. I guess I'll have to wait for him to sober up.
