would not recommend, before I started having work done and my plan created I payed almost 500 up front she said that would cover the whole plan we made.. the 2nd time I went in they hot me for 50$ again... after that there now trying to get me for another 140$ after I specifically asked to make sure my Insurance covers before they did anything.

I have been in pain since last saturday. i called all around yesterday to try to find an earlier appointment because i could only find one for wednesday. they told me yesterday they could schedule me for appointment today at noon. super excited because i am a csr on the phones and its been painful to do my job. i live over an hour away from the office so i blocked out my day, had my mother in law drive me and missed out on 3 hours at work. i got there around 1145 and i called the number 3x on the door nobody picked up. i cal... read more

So not happy. I was getting my wisdom teeth out at aspen dental in auburn. We paid in full. Its 20 mins after my appointment I'm still not in. And then they tell me there was a coding error and I actually owe another $160. Not what they quoted me like two weeks ago, they just caught the error today. Would not reccomend this place.

My fiance went in to get his wisdom teeth removed. We paid in full, waiting 20 minutes after his appointment and were still waiting. The receptionist calls us over and tells us there was a coding error and we actually owe $160 more than what we already paid. no one noticed the cosing error until today, we made the appointment last month like three weeks ago. and no one caught it until now? What are some ways Aspen can improve, you ask? Well they can actually book my appointment like they say they're going to. For starters. And then not make me look like a spectical in front of a full waiting room when I show up for my 1:30 appointment that doesn't even exist. I booked an appointment over the phone 3 weeks ago, put in a request to leave work early to drive an HOUR up here from Portland- to be told I don't have an appointment in Auburn, nor the Topsham location where I first went to.
