Do Not go there. They will charge you $240 for just an office visit and will tell you all the imaging is free. Then you get a huge bill in the mail

I don't recommend this place to anyone.. It's taken me over a year and a 1/2 to almost get my denture... The original estimate went from 1700 to way over 2000. Had to call the insurance company and aspen back-and-forth for months and months I was told by the insurance company that Aspen hadn't even put the Claim to the insurance More than once. Extremely unprofessional medical care! We are established patients not new. Scheduled my families appointments over 6 months ago for 9/21/22, was told via email today 9/19/22 that they needed to reschedule our appointments. When I called I was offered appointments for late November 2022. This puts myself and my daughter at 2 months over our Scheduled routine care and exam. Consumer beware The Auburn location tried to charge me $250 yesterday for a cleaning without disclosing that the cleaning was actually covered 100% by my insurance. I called them today. This was a basic cleaning- not a deep cleaning. Turns out the charges were actually for a fluoride treatment (that I would not have agreed to) an oral cancer screening (that I have no risk factors for) and a $100 electric toothbrush. Sneaky profit driven business. Glad I left and called my insurance today.

I went in last year to get a new set of dentures and I have yet been able to use them. I’ve had the adjusted a few times and I still can’t eat when I have them in. So I’m paying for a set that I can’t use. My old set are literally on their last life. The teeth they used are TOO big and everyone that has seen me with them said no way. I definitely don’t recommend, not to mention I was put it to the most expensive ones. So over $2500 for nothing.

Went in for my first appointment and they got me in for my denture impressions at the same time will have denture is less then a month. The price was cheaper the the dentures my girlfriend is getting at her actual dentist over 1000 cheaper
