Had my first appointedment. Employees were very nice. But after my exam and sat down I was told what they wanted to do. I was very concerned about what they were telling me. Then the cost came up. First the bill was over 2000.00 then with a discount was down to 1700.00. I think they already summit the bill to my card. Without the work being done. So very concern about the amount. I think I’m going to try and get a second opinion. Before I get the procedure done.
From walking in the door to walking back out after my first visit every single person was so welcoming and helpful. They truly treat you with such kindness and if you have any fears at all about going to the dentist......this is definitely the place to go! They are fantastic!! Thank you all for giving me the confidence I needed to get my teeth fixed and a smile back!

Everyone was very nice and helpful. It was a pleasure being at a dentist office that wasn’t worried about when they were going home and actually figured out what was causing my pain. They were even patient with my kids that I had to bring with me!

I had a very nice experience at the Auburn NY (Route 20). Everyone was very nice and professional. They handled my appointment right on time and rapidly but not rushed. They also made suggestions of alternative procedures that may save me money. They took the time to talk with me after the work was done. I will absolutely be back!!
