Well at first they seemed to really be interested in me as a patient, after money was paid, and it was deliver time on Friday, well I had an appt at 12:30...they gave me what I had...was done with me, see ya next week. Didn't seem to really care how they fit, they closed at 1...i didn't even see a doctor, I am very disappointed!!!
While the staff is very nice, it's very clear that this company is a BUSINEES wanting to make money. I will not be returning to them. I simply cannot afford them. 250 PER TOOTH for a filling? 1300 for a crown? 1000 for a cleaning? Seriously?

I think this place is only after money. They don't care about their customers. Money first then customers. I have a friend that went to them two years ago he was told everything he wanted to hear took his money. He is paying his card and had nothing to show for it. Now they are saying his mouth is not fit for dentures now that they have his money. Only way for him to have teeth is to pay them 11,000.00 dollars more to get implants. This place seems to be a scam.

My husband had a broken tooth and went to see them today and they literally did nothing. Xray and told him it was broken as if we didn't already know. We just went to be going somehwere. Now he has 5 million other things wrong! There awfu. Dont even waste your time!!!

I got a crown a YEAR ago. My insurance covered part and I paid the rest, no problem. Now, a YEAR later- and I've been there for clean ups and didn't had any balace pending- I get a statement in the mail to pay the rest of the balance... WTF Aspen... you guys suck.
The worst. I have tmj and was waiting for this appointment for a month and I was dealing with discomfort and pain. Only to show up to my appointment and they canceled it! Because they said that I did not confirm my appointment when they called. But I told them that I did confirm my appointment I received an email asking to confirm my appointment and it even thanked my for doing so.
