The front staff do not know what they are doing. Have been told I would be called back numerous times. No call back. Except the time they called my ex wife which isn't even on my account. Smh don't waste your time js
Staff was friendly, yes, but to me they are there to sell you products and services, went there because I had a cracked tooth I needed fixed, informed them from get go of my high anxiety, just wanted to get my tooth fixed, left in tears by the time they set me in the office to "discuss" project plans...seriously?! I just want to get my tooth fixed...and I was told in the original conversations they would be able to relive my anxiety....they made it even worsen not putting their clients needs first, getting the problem fixed... read more
This place is absolutely awful. I was in a lot of pain. Staff was laughing at me when I had teeth pulled & it was very embarrassing. They made the dentures crooked, and I can't even wear them as they make me gag and made my face look distorted... when I told them this, their answer was to put more goop on top and stick the same dentures back in my mouth, which of course, only made it worse. I left the place in tears. Do NOT go to this place... BIG WASTE of money !!!
