I think their a bunch of idiots went there paid over 3 grand and they don't back their word . Too expensive and they bully you into getting more dental work then necessary

I felt like I was in a dealership buying a new vehicle! They try to sell/scare you on all kinds of overpriced treatments for cleaning and preventative tooth loss. I had to keep telling them I am here for a full upper plate and that is it. Then you get to go to an office manager that again tries to pressure you into buying expensive treatments that you don't need. I'm very impressed with aspen dental long story short my dog at my dentures and in a week they had me new ones everyone was great there thank you so much
My family started services in 2013 with the Bay City Aspen Dental and we LOVED the care, the hours, Care Credit etc. Many family & friends went there for services based on our recommendation. Than, due to family emergencies and the passing of a parent out of state, some scheduled services were postponed. When we returned to Bay City, we found a new manager who is rude and unprofessional. Awesome staff. Made me feel welcomed and RELAXED.usally Im very stiff at dentist. 1st appointment was quick to get in. Saw Dr. Bufford he was great. Absolutely ridiculous that i cannot have a weekend appt. For myself, daughter & husband! They have to be on diff days??? You cant allow 3 family members to schedule on the same day??? Very discouraged
DON'T GO. VERY DISHONEST!!!They just want your money. They could care less about their patients. They overcharge and charge you before you get any service done. If you want to know more message me. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. The office manager doesn't explain much. He counts on intimidation. He charges you instantly. I have much more. Again if you want to know message me.
