Had excruciating pain after extractions. Found a piece of metal in my gum! Partials didn't even fit. Ended up in E.R. Went and got a second opinion. Aspens work will not refund all the BAD work I have to have redone. Can't even chew food now and can't afford to get work redone. NEVER GO HERE!!!!

I have written two reviews which I believe includes a survey. I want to know after being treated and I informed them I have TMJ and the Dentist recognized it I still had to "Open Wide" till he heard a pop on the right jaw. Not once but 4 times.. And now I have pain. I haven't had pain till he pushed against my jaw while asking me to open wide. WTF??!? I'm not happy with Aspen Dental! And my left jaw hurts all the time now. Everything thing was great on the first visit, but went down hill fast after that. The waiting time got longer, 45 minutes on a visit. The dental assistant wearing gloves and touching doorknobs then the patients mouth. And you never get the same dentist, that's crazy! Definitely not happy.
Katrina and the rest of the staff are very friendly and are always willing to accommodate my busy schedule!
