I found my visit to be very helpful and the staff very kind and professional. I wasn't expecting the level of service that I received. Even though I wasn't able to afford their services, their price was less than I expected. I would recommend them.
I have to say that my first visit with Aspen Dental was good. I only gave them four stars, because I felt the exam should have been more thorough, but what to expect for free. The front office staff was very helpful & nice. Their equipment was modern & up to date. I especially liked the way the X-ray machine rotated around your head, Gone were the old X-ray film they used to shove in your mouth, & when you would bite down, your gums would hurt (anyone who has been to the dentist probably know's what I mean). I was very leary of Aspen dental after looking at all the reviews, but I had a bad toothache and decided to give them a try anyway. I'm glad I did. After looking at the mess in my mouth, they told me what my options were. After my exam I sat down with a very friendly staff member and we discussed me getting dentures.Three days later I went back and after pulling 7 upper teeth that I had remaining I walk out with new upper dentures. I have had a dread of dentist and hygienists for years. I went to Aspen Dental with a tooth ache and was treated with kindness and concern. No embarrassment because I had not been to a dentist in years. The hygienist, Phuong is young but very professional. It was the most painless cleaning I have ever had. I will go back.
Been suffering from a bad toothache for over a week and was able to make an appointment ASAP! They all were so nice and welcoming! I work in the customer service industry and they definitely get top marks from me! They explained everything that they were doing and I felt comfortable the entire time!

Overall great staff. I was a walk in appointment and within 30 seconds I was greeted and filling out paperwork. Everyone on staff was friendly, accommodating and efficient. Bare in mind there are two Beaverton locations. I would strongly urge to schedule your appointment at this location.
pulled teeth that didnt need pulling and put a crown in so bad, it developed a cavity. avoid this place!!!!

I'm unhappy with the dental work I received and had to make multiple visits for adjustments that didn't fully resolve the issues. When I expressed my concerns, I was told that nothing was wrong and that further changes couldn't be made. I also had difficulty getting in touch with the office, particularly when I requested to speak with a manager and wasn't contacted in response. I just called to get price range for veneers and they would not provide that to me. They said I need to come in for an exam.
