Aspen seems unable to keep appointments with clients. Aspen dental also seems to be unable to communicate to their clients that they are unable to keep appointments.

The office manager was horrible. She was very rude and entitled. Apparently we didn't have the money to spend what she wanted us too so she didn't even pretend to be nice. I would pull my own tooth before going there again.

I went to the Bloomington Indiana location. And the office manager was horrible. She was rude disrespectful just plain out didn't care. Shy never called in my prescription , she would hang up on me just a terrible person. Dr Woo was horrible also. Just a bad bad place full of horrible people. They try to tell me I didn't have insurance which I did. I have never seen such unprofessional people in a medical place like this. this place is trash. I got 4 fillings a year ago. I've already lost 3. I've never had such a horrible experience with a dental group like these clowns.

They have salesmen and women that after you are done getting teeth checked that will try to sale you their service. This is a business not a doctors office. I only make this review after my brother in law had the same experience I did. If other dentist offices are saying they get angry customers from here you have a problem. Also remember folks 2 happy customers out of 20 doesn’t mean it’s a good business just a lucky one.

Do not go here unless you want a frustrating and miserable experience. Dentist Lee was rude and treated me horrible. If you want something explained, she gets very rude, then will refuse service. They want to rack up charges and if you question the services they treat you like a piece of trash. I understand they can fit you in fast (the only reason I gave them a shot), but trust me, it's worth waiting. Horrible. She should be fired.

went to aspen dental in bloomington with a chipped front tooth she filled it off to the gums then put a improper crown on that failed after about 3months went back in and she reglued it after telling me she used wrong size rod and informed me that it would be an additional $2000 atop the $3000 already billed then it failed again after 2 days when she glued it back on they offer no refunds and now creditors call me every day I had to go to a real dentist and have her botched work extracted after it became absesed ...do yourse... read more

bad work they don't stand behind their work charged me 4 grand for a crown that fell off in a few months refused to fix want 4$ thousand more won't return calls I'm in pain
