My mother and I both went to Aspen Dental in Bloomington. She was not satisfied with her denture and asked for her money back. They sent her $800 and asked for the denture back. She is being harassed now because she won't give the teeth back. I don't blame her. They talked her into pulling all her bottom teeth and did not do a good job. They do not fit correctly. Other than the fact I spent all the time I could looking for Danica for a autograph and a picture without luck the visit was pleasant as usual and care given was special.
I went to Aspen Dental this morning to have a dental flap reattached. Didn't need anything else because I would be seeing my regular dentist soon in the Philippines. They tried to fleece me for X-RAYS and EXAM. I told the operator when I made the appointment what was needed. She failed to disclose in there would be fees for Exam and X-RAYS.
I went here to get a tooth pulled and she was treated very badly. I hate the dentist and getting my teeth done (I need medication to relax). I was talked to like a child and then they pushed for me to get major work done (my teeth are straight just some cavities) on teeth that are fine. They also email/call you constantly for confirmation of your appointment. They will also try to turn a cleaning into getting a filling. Not going back. They never listened to what I wanted. I went there for a chipped tooth and since I was a new patient they offered free X-rays and exam. I have no dental coverage so sounded like a great deal. After the exam and dentist consult I was told I would need (2) crowns since the chipped tooth and the one beside it were compromised. I had made another appointment with my regular dentist in the meantime so I kept that and he filled the chipped tooth and did not agree I needed the crowns.
