Avoid this place. Very dishonest and untrustworthy. Quality is terrible and I have pictorial proof. There so called repair of a denture, looked like super glue. Broke in less than 12 hours. Took to affordable dentures and fixed in 1 day, (not super glue 2 day scam) with no seam, still very good a year later. Additionally they did it at insurance cost. Not insurance + Aspen tried. Absolutey a horrible experience. Went in because my wisdom teeth need to come out and have been causing me pain. And even though I had x-rays and a cleaning done 2 weeks ago, they still made me come in to do another set of x-rays along with a consultation (but whatever). WARNING! This place is a complete scam. After my consultation was done, I had been charged $209 on my credit card, and the tooth extraction was supposed to happen, I get pulled aside and told that I need to be given an extra "professional consultation" because the extraction supposedly is "very difficult". Result; $118 extra for looking at two printed pages of bullshit. In addition, 75 dollars was added to my bill for the tooth extraction itself for unknown reasons. I’m a stay-at-home mom with four kids, which obviously makes it difficult to get to appointments during the day. I had an appointment schedule for this coming Monday, for which my husband had to rearrange his work schedule to be home with our kids (which is no easy task). Wait time in waiting room was good. Wait time to see actual dentist was not good. Prices were alittle expensive but work is not complete yet so I will hold off on that conclusion.
No customer support, explaination or follow up. Patients are treated like a income not a person. Would NOT recommend!
without more than a glance the dentist immediately went to the most expensive treatment plan, never listening to my concerns about previous visit to an Aspen Dental office. Never had a chance to meet with a hygienist. No office manager available (on vacation) to review the outrageously expensive dental plan.
