These people don't even deserve one star. 5k and 6 months later and and my front popped out last night.....and it's not their problem? I guess I'll have to see what a judge says about it in small claims court. This is beyond ridiculous. Yesterday I received a letter from their collection Dept which their financial person assured me last month was a mistake and would be taken care immediately. This is the most unorganized and dishonest business I have ever dealt with in my life.
This was the WORST dental experience I have ever had. Their oral surgeon is an ego maniac who has no bedside manners. I had a panic attack and he preceded to make fun of me. Then him and the other nurses decided to go up front to bitch about how I was scared of everything. Yes I was scared because the surgeon wanted to shove a needle in my mouth with out any warning. They reminded me about my appt 3 diff times, the most recent was 3 days before my appt. Yet when I showed up, they told me it was cancelled bc the dentist changed hours. Ridiculous. I wasted an hour driving to/from the appt, as well as the fuel for my car. NOT the way to run a business.
I went in to try to get a price comparison and second opinion on a procedure. The receptionist stated they would have to bill our insurance for an exam, apparently the sign FREE EXAM only applies if you don't have insurance. I was under the impression DDS are like MDOs and are usually obligated to assist in offering a second opinion. They were also unwilling to even call our insurance to provide a coverage check. I paid for work and then they want to charge me for coming in to have it done when Iwas told I was paying for it all at once. When I call to get my money back they say they will call back and never return my calls. I had an infected tooth and the dentist treated me awful. She was mean and uncaring. This place rips you off and could careless about stealing from you!!! This place is a joke. Treated my wife like dirt and then when there was an issue, the office manager couldn't be bothered to talk to my wife, and sent the poor receptionist to do it. We showed up for an appointment that had been made over a month ago to find out we were "not on the book", but were told we would be fit in.
