Patient from 2012-2016. Walked in for my appointment, waited 25 minutes to be seen by the x-ray tech. Tech told me the doctor was busy since they were short an assistant and possibly couldn't perform my procedure I assumed I had made an appointment for 2 days prior. I was told by the "scheduler" that my tooth would be taken care of the day of my appointment. It's fractured in 3 places and is causing me great pain. I go in for the appointment and proceed to explain my problem to the lady as I am getting ready to have my X-rays done what the problem is. And she asks if I am wanting it pulled. A very close friend recently got top and bottom dentures made at Aspen Dental in Bloomington, IN. Both fit very badly and caused a lot of pain. He has been back several times to have adjustments made, and they still don't fit correctly and cause a lot of pain. Now they refuse to let him speak with a dentist and just told him they will not make any more adjustments. He requested a refund and they told him they could refund half. I had to have a tooth pulled last Friday May 6th. I hate to go to the dentist, but the tooth was broken and very painful. To fix it I would have to have a root canal and a crown and that would cost big bucks. The dentist at Aspen Dental pulled it. I did not feel any pain in my mouth or my pocketbook. I will definitely go back to Aspen Dental.
Do not use Aspen Dental. They were rude, unhelpful, unkind, uncaring, and extremely inexperienced. All they did was waste my time, frustrate me and send me on my way in more pain from their 25 xrays they took for absolutely nothing. They were cold as ice and didn't care how much pain and suffering I was then. They did nothing to help me and didn't care at all.
FREAKING CROOKS, gave me a quote and the a WEEK LATER raised the bill AFTER the work is done, Im looking for other that have done this, I am thinking Class Action :Law suit, They cannot adjust the bill to suit their pocket books. PM me if they did you the same way.
First visit no ins no choice. I won't go back payment plan accepted really think the phone operater lies. No they want a bunch of money before they even fix it. Hello I'm in pain I'd like my tooth pulled today. I'd like to pay weekly and I'd like nice customer service. Do not recommend this place waste of gas waste of time joke!!! Plus they have inexperienced drug addicts working there.
