My experience was horrible. I made an appointment for pain. Instead I waited for 2 hours, got xrays, left with the same pain I came in. I'm pissed the dentist left without giving me my prescription. The receptionist had to call the dentist to get my scripts. My cavity never got filled, so why in the hell am I being billed 144.00 for some xrays with dental insurance. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone that need immediate attention. They suck on every level.
ALL of the staff were rude and inconsiderate. I had a scheduled appointment, but still waited almost an hour to be seen. The x-ray tech did not appear to know what she was doing. She wrenched my neck so hard I actually heard it pop. I had a balance that I made payments on faithfully for 4 months. Despite that, they still sent my account to collections for my last payment of $35.05. I would not recommend Aspen Dental even to my worst enemy.
ALL staff was rude. After my wife explained that we were going out of town, and that we were having difficulty paying the $7000 bill, the dentist said, "why don't you pay your dental bill instead of going out of town." My wife was treated with extreme disrespect. Never have I seen such unprofessionalism.
