If I could give this practice ZERO stars I would! This place is unorganized and unwilling to provide quality service. I went here ONE time and they did not keep their promises to provide the service I needed. I scheduled a cleaning with them but when you go in for your initial service, they have another service in mind. They want to get new x-rays even though i brought my recent ones with me, and then they want to reschedule you for the cleaning for another appointment because the doctor wasn't scheduled for the cleaning... read more

Go somewhere else. They'll charge you 2-3 times more than a private practice. They'll tell you you need more than you actually need. They'll also tell you your insurance will cover something and then you get slapped with an extra bill a few months later. Plus, I got a filling for a chipped tooth, and the filling fell out within a week. Don't waste your time and money here. Seriously.

I gave Aspen dental a chance but no I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. They told me one price so i went to my appointment and out of no where the price went up i paid it. The next time i got the same thing happens the price went up. Then i even called and told them do i OWE ANYTHING ELSE they said no. I go to my next appointment they said i owe more money!!! So my last time that i went i asked clearly DO I OWE ANYTHING ELSE THEY SAID NOOOO. I just got home and i see a damn BILL FROM ASPEN DENTAL. They will ALWAYS COME... read more

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Very obvious they are a for profit clinic. Scary example of what privatized health care can look like. I am fully insured by my employer and still managed to rack up $1,000 in dental bills in just one year of going there for basic cleanings. They said I had gingivitis even though my gum measurements were actually pretty good. But they used that as an excuse to charge me $200 every visit for life when regular cleanings should be covered under my insurance. Will not be returning to that office ever again.

If I could give Aspen Dental negative stars, I would. This place is an absolute scam. I thought I was going in for a cleaning, instead it was a consult that resulted in scheduling unnecessary subsequent repairs visits. The doctor told me I have SEVEN cavities. You read that right, she said 25% of my teeth needed fillings. Absurd sounding to me, I got a second opinion. I've always had great oral health and that did not seem right. I don't know where to start......this was the worst dental experience I have ever had. I needed an emergency root canal and my regular dentist was away. I ended up calling Aspen Dental in Brentwood MO. I am no stranger to dental work and not faint of heart. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I went to Aspen Dental in Brentwood. It was a traumatic experience. I got a root canal done and the doctor didn't numb me enough so I felt the whole thing. she seemed annoyed at the fact I was in pain! they botched my temporary crown. had to get it adjusted 3 times. to top everything off they lost the impression for my permanent crown. i had to go somewhere else to finish their work. the dentist who did my root canal didn't even fully prep my tooth for a crown! just a terrible experien... read more

if I could give this place zero stars I would, I am currently sitting in their parking lot while they told me an incorrect appointment time that I did not set up, this is about the fifth time that it happened. that made me drive 40 miles out of the way. Just left their office and it wasn't pleasant. The dentist is rude and was mad because I didn't want to pay $130 for a limited exam when I had already did a FULL dental exam months prior. Same teeth and same issues so why do I need another exam? Then she told someone I didn't have the money and I told her I have the money just not for a pointless exam when you already have exams of my teeth. Do not recommend. Unprofessional and rude. The receptionist was very sweet.
