If I could, I would leave this dump 0 stars! The worst customer service ever. I showed up for an appointment I made 6 months ago and they said it was cancelled since I did not leave verbal confirmation. I did confirm online after getting a text saying that I could do that. I then received a voice mail saying I had to call. I called three times and nobody bothered to answer the phone as usual. I left a voicemail and yet they still cancelled on me. Don't walk....run away from Aspen Dental. They don't care about you just how much money they can squeeze out of your pocket. The first thing they do is sign you up for care credit and after that it is downhill fast. Anyone else you choose will most likely be better than Aspen.

Aspen Dental is nothing more than a production line dental service; with the sole intention of pushing as many victims through the line as quickly as possible. My treatment (in August 2023) involved the removal of teeth which required payment up front (as all of their services do); allegedly AFTER my insurance had been run through their system to determine my cost. The treatment was appalling, with the anesthetic wearing off before the procedure had been completed, resulting in substantial unnecessary pain. That discomfort... read more

if I could rate negative stars I would, I was hit with a bill for $263 for a service that happened in august of 23. in addition, I was anew patient. and was told per TV ad free exams and X-rays. ? really aspen? if you think Im paying for your fuck up in advertising. guess again! in addition I will go on social media.

I had to rate one star because they don't go lower than that should be -13. Less than 2 years ago I got dentures from Dr. Mustafa. She is blessedly no longer there. My dentures not 2 years old and now completely falling apart. They want over 2,000.00 for which I've never received a bill or stamens to even make an appointment to repair this mess. FYI I have already paid 7,000.00 besides what my insurance paid. I am in awe of the utter lack of compassion and their unwillingness to correct their product, their failure. BUYER ... read more

I went to Aspen dental in St. Peter's and loved it. I refused to go to any other dentist until I moved. Since I'm closer to the Brentwood location I made an appointment to try it out. I called in the morning to confirm my appointment less than 24 hours later and they said that I didn't have an appointment in the system and it wasn't available. Either they didn't want a 7:30 appointment or they need to fix their website. For another person to get that appointment, they would've had to confirm right? IT WAS LESS THAN 24 HOURS.... read more

Two times in a row now I have came to your clinic and have been turned away because of not confirming. First time I drove about 40 mins to get to my appt and was turned away. The receptionist said my appt was cancelled because I didn't confirm, I said I NEVER got a phone call or anything. Whatever. I make another appt with a closer clinic. Went to 2 appointments. Went to third appointment and they were all different people and no one knew what they were doing.
