if I could give this place zero stars I would, I am currently sitting in their parking lot while they told me an incorrect appointment time that I did not set up, this is about the fifth time that it happened. that made me drive 40 miles out of the way. Mr. Fontana, I regret having to reach out to you, the CEO of Aspen Dental, but I seem to have no other alternative. I have been a customer of the Brentwood Missouri Aspen Dental location since November of 2021. I opened a CareCredit account so that the costs associated with, but not covered by my health insurance, would be covered. The dentist office seems very nice and friendly. Yet the work done is sub par. I had 3 crowns from them and 2 of the crowns fell off and two were digging into my gums so bad it was making me bleed for weeks. I spent over $3k on the worse dental work I’ve ever experienced in my life. They seem to prey on low income people and give them such poor quality of service because of their limited options. I took my mother three for an issue of swelling. The dental staff were very professional & worked well with us. Once we moved to the consultation, I was told she didn’t have insurance but a quote for a treatment was provided. But, that didn’t seem right to me that she didn’t have insurance. Which I discovered, she did in fact have insurance. I called them several times to provide an update to & I even went there personally to give them her information. Still no call to this day. Unacceptable & very unprofessional!
first visit....4 1\2 hrs. Ugh. paid estimate on work BEFORE anything being done. $2,000+. this part was fine. One year after initial visit I get a dental bill. ugh.A YEAR! They are a puppy mill. Recruiting new patients and after you are with them treating you like dirt. Inexperienced doctors and hygienist. The wait time is unacceptable. The work is sloppy and when you ask them to correct it they get an attitude. No way would I ever refer anyone to this company.
Honestly I don't think they'll ever stop SCAMMING hard working people with hidden prices and selling them things they don't need. After talking to the Manager for 30 minutes, I got NO where! All she kept saying is call the insurance company. Trust and believe they taught me a valuable lesson, and advise everyone to shop around for the best Dentistry before going to ASPEN DENTAL! A dentistry that's not all about sucking all the money they can out of their clients.
