Expect to have to explain to this location that the patient is an adult with autism and tremendous fear of the dentist at least every time you go, and most likely SEVERAL times during the appointment. ALL medical professionals should be able to effectively and compassionately treat folks with special needs, of any kind. Not even remotely impressed. Watch out for these crooks and their bait and switch tactics. Ended up getting billed almost $1K for the standard cleaning that I asked for that my pre-verified insurance covered. They proceeded to apparently do and bill for a deep-cleaning, which they were not instructed or authorized to do, claiming it was "necessary." Then they proceed to tell you that since you signed the contract, you are liable for the balance, despite the fact that they contract you for something different than what you asked for.
