They worked with my daughter - in college- She had an emergency and they took great care of her. I had questions and the the Dr called me and answered all my questions.
Coming to this Aspen dental was my first experience with this company. I came here to get a permanent bridge completed and it turned out great. I'm happy with how everyone there helped me. It was not a bad experience like so many others claim in their one star reviews. The staff there were thorough. Told me what I routines I needed to get into, so I did, and from there my oral health has been getting significantly better. I am about to have some extensive work completed (replacing 5 cracked crowns, having a tooth extracted, and bone grafting, and inserting an implant post elsewhere). I am very satisfied with the whole operation at the Brentwood Aspen Dental location and in particular with Dr.'s Mustafa and Wojtyna. Unacceptable Appointment Cancellation Aspen Dental, Canceling my appointment because I didn't verbally confirm is ridiculous. I confirmed online -- that's your system, not mine. I took time off work and planned around this appointment, only to have it canceled. If your team can't manage basic scheduling consistency between online and verbal confirmations, you're wasting patients' time. Operations manager, Ellen should be fired. She treated me with such disrespect and acted like a total bitch. They screwed up my teeth with their in-house aligners created with a 3D printer and continued to pressure me into dental procedures so they could bill my insurance. this office should be sued for malpractice.
This dental office is extremely unprofessional, disorganized, and rude. Typical corporation, automated messages, and phone calls from a call centers that provide completely wrong information to get you in the door, leaving you disappointed when you didn't get the help you need.
Aspen Dental Brentwood has rude, unhelpful, and uncaring staff. They up charge everything, they are deceptive about what is included in their pricing, they are inconsistent. the Motto aligners hurt, too. others have told me aligners aren't supposed to put you on excruciating pain 6/7 days a week for months on end-- pain that causes you to lose sleep. Predatory business model. I had a lengthy discussion with the call center and the actual office regarding actual need -bridge repair. I was told that is something Aspen Dental can do. Show up to appointment this morning. Dentist said "oh we don't repair other dents office dentures". I was NOT told that in my 2-20 minute phone calls. Aspen Dental could give me new dentures...unnecessary. Aspen Dental preys on people who are in emergency situations to make money.
