From the front door to the back everyone was super nice especially Jennifer, Ashley & Dr. Carl.
They don't lie when they say they have the best initial prices! I was very happy with the initial exam and x-rays. My extraction was the best experience I've ever had!!! They treated me great. If you have good credit or great insurance this is the place to go! If I had the money, this is where I'd go again.

Great place to go. Everyone is very friendly and professional. Dr Sanford is the best. Had oral surgery Thursday Dr Prince did it at Aspen he pulled six teeth put a partial in and I have never had the first pain. Thank you to all the staff
I came to the Bristol location to have a tooth surgically extracted. Lucky for me Dr. Sanford let me know he could get it out by just pulling it. I was nervous in general cause both methods sounded terrible, but he made sure that the area was properly numbed before starting. I put my headphones in, closed my eyes and he got to work and within minutes had the tooth out. I didn't believe him when he told me I was done because I didn't feel a thing, and that blew my mind. Shame on Aspen dental!! My son went to the office in Bristol TN and they absolutely took advantage of him. They charged him over $400 for a procedure.(started off trying to get him to pay $900 for future procedures)When he sent me the printout afterward it included an electric toothbrush and water flosser. When I called to get any items that did not pertain to the procedure removed, they had me speak to a hygienist to tell me why these items were necessary for purchase.
