Aproximately 6 weeks ago, I stopped in the office to check and see if they accepted my dental insurance. They took my card, checked their computer and told me that they did. I promptly scheduled an appointment for yesterday. After showing up for the appointment and waiting half an hour, I was called to the desk and informed that they didn't accept the insurance and I should just pay for the appointment and could finance any work that would need to be done. I can say this, I’m 450 miles away, and If my grandmother would have had a heart attack because your sorry office staff wouldn’t walk your lazy behinds to the car for her to sign a single piece of paper (when it was your own fault!) after KNOWING she was weak and having problems, (& after my mom already told you that) I would’ve had one HELLA LAWSUIT! I just paid five grand to this place Thursday a week ago for a top an bottom denture an my top denture has rubbed so bad that the bone of my skull is showing so I needed to come in a have them adjust the top piece in one little place but instead of saying yeah sure come on in it was no we can't do anything for you, you'll just have to wait till your next appointment that's 3 weeks away! so instead of being rude back to them Monday morning I just said ok an waited an called back this Thursday morning an politely asked again i... read more

BEWARE of Aspen Dental specifically Dr Major, his right hand dental assistants & the bullish tyrant office manager Wendy! They’re imperious bullies with no class, no compassion nor understanding! Aspen Dental employees (excluding the young lady working the service desk) are bullish, egotistical halfwit buffoons that treat new patients w/ the upmost disrespect. The hygienist and dentists themselves were great. However the office doesn't know what they're doing. Arrived for my appointment 15 minutes early as I was told. The door was locked with no one around so wasted 20 minutes before even getting inside. Later I went to make a payment on the bill I owe, the representative took the entire payment without my authorization when I told her I wanted to make a certain amount. Poor workmanship on dentures, instead of fixing the partial they made, they want to surgically modify my wife's jaw. We asked them repeatedly to create another partial that fits correctly, but they repeatedly refused. Insisting modifying the bone of the jaw is a "standard thing". They receptionist was extremely rude and only wanted to schedule oral surgery to to make the jaw fit the partial instead of the partial fitting the jaw. I have been dealing with Aspen Dental since 2018 to get a set of dentures made I have had three made in the past, all so ill-fitting that I couldn't even recognize myself in the mirror oh, I went back after 2 years and talked with the office manager they tried to adjust my bite and screwed my bottom Dentures all up so I could not wear them, so they decided they would make me a new set free of charge, now when I say free of charge I paid $6,000 out of pocket for these after my dental insurance .supposed to be top-of-the-line,... read more

They charged double what any other dentist would have charged....I got the same dentures and insurance paid for it all... they tried charging me $1300 and then wanted my insurance to pay money.. like I said My insurance paid for All cost for my dentures !!!!! They are a rip off....I felt like I was buying a. car. DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME....
