I highly recommend going somewhere else for treatment! I went there bc they offered financing. I did not know a whole lot about them. The guy that done my X-rays is awesome. After that everything has been down hill! The dentist that reviewed my X-rays was not nice and did not explain anything to me. I did tell him that my dentist in Atlanta told me I needed a root canal on a tooth that I was interested in getting a bridge on and he told me “I was confused and didn’t need a root canal there.” So I let them do the bridge prep ... read more
If you are thinking about going to this place, RUN AWAY as fast as you can, they are horrible. I do not recommenced this place for anyone. Went in for a wisdom tooth that had broken into the denton and was hurting. Was given an antibiotic and told to see the oral surgeon in two weeks. I was not given anything for pain. I was took in a room and told they wanted to do 1700 dollars worth of scaling. Told them I wanted my wisdom teeth pulled and once I got the tooth causing the immediate problem out, I could concentrate on other aspects of my treatment plan. I rode with a disabled friend to Aspen Dental in Bristol TN. whom had a high spot in a newer pair of dentures that should have been a very simple fix. He suffers from anxiety and ultra high blood pressure, so when subjected to high levels of stress it can actually become a health risk due to heart issues as well. This was without question A Two For One, both First and Last visit to ANY Aspen Dental. I was so utterly shocked at all the ridiculous hoops I was expected to jump thru simply to file a small portion of my bottom plate, that the shock factor alone left me in disbelief it could actually be taking place. My mother made the mistake of going to this office. The office manager was very rude. She made my mother feel horrible. They lie to people and tell them they provide services that they do not provide. The x-ray tech was very nice. That is the only positive thing that can be said about this experience. This is a group of liars. Avoid these people at all cost.
I posted previously posted this but when I checked back, it wasn't there. Do they remove poor reviews? I fought with Aspen Dental for 3 years with an ill fitting lower denture. I was told repeatedly, I'd see the dentist next trip and would not. I was told lower dentures were just hard to fit. I would have to wait a week for adjustments when in pain, even when I tried to walk in. Each time they remade or relined them, something different was wrong. These people will lie about your dental coverage and tell you that services are not covered by your insurance when they indeed are. Bunch of crooks.
Not only was I waiting 2 hours after my appointment time, I went in thinking they would at least clean my teeth, nope. They told me I needed a certain deep cleaning and fillings but my insurance wouldn't cover it for 6 months, so I left with nothing except getting a couple x Ray's done. Had I knew my teeth werent even going to be cleaned I would've never went. Huge thumbs down
