Went in with a toothache from a broken tooth. They refused to do anything until I had a "deep cleaning" $1,000. Never again...will I go to an Aspen Dental
We had an appointment at 8:45am arrived at 8:30am and didn’t go back until 9:45.. four people went back before us and not a single one had an appointment when I checked the sign in sheet. We were there for 3 hours total. $260.00 to have one tooth pulled seems like a bit much since they have a low price guarantee. The place was very clean so I gave it two stars. Staff wasn’t the friendliest.
My appt was at 3 and was there on time and set in lobby for a hour and then went in there back told them over and over i had to hurry cause i was riding the bus and the woman didnt care i walked out at 450 ended up missing the bus anyways and still didnt get treated right.. Dont go there..
As a couple ppl mentioned above, they FORCE you to do their ultimate scaling cleaning or whatever it is, and I spit out teeth for weeks, after it. Done so mich damage I can't chew but on the left side not. But my biggest complaint is that YES, they make you pay upfront, and I had to have an emergency extraction and paid them cash. Told them I was in a bad situation said I could afford the co pay on my insurance but not much more they said that's all it would cost not one penny more so I just got a bill for 600 bucks after being told there was no charge
My wife had a tooth extracted and the dentist left roots in her gums and now say they will not take it out without paying for another extraction after not getting it out the first time.
Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! I've had nothing but trouble with my top plate since I got it. I've had to have them fixed 4 times now because of my teeth falling out. The dentist was very rude and it was just an overall bad experience.
The first office in Bristol that would accept my AARP UCH Medicare Complete along with my Ameriplan Discount Card - Got a complete exam with all necessary work itemized - Showed my cards and paid $261 for $1469 for of work. All dentists are expensive and it's ridiculous that places don't accept all insurance plans - what the point? No problem here, I finally found a dentist I can afford!
