Ohio Aspen Dental in Stow yes... I'd recommend. Bristol Tennessee... not so much.

Last week I was in for a crown that fell out. They talked me into a $1200 periodontal cleaning (none of which I was there for) and $80 to recement the crown back in. I was told it should be fine. Six days later, the crown fell back out. Today was told they did not guarantee it, and it would be another $80 to fix but it could fall back out because Dr. Ward (who did not even see me today) said there wasn't enough tooth structure for it to hold. not to ask for payment which I have been making payments for a while, plus the amount I owe was not my falt, aspen went over my 2000 per year I have with my insurance company, I was totally Embarrassed when I was asked twice for money today. makes me Want Not to Go Back!!
Not have 1 hour waiting room times and not make high pressure pitches for their almost 30% credit offers. Among other issues.
Waited way over appointment time to be seen for a cracked tooth. Rushed my visit and did nothing for my tooth knowing I was in pain and it was a Friday because they closed at noon. If they couldn’t help me never should have gave me an appointment waste of my time. Did full set of X-rays just to take my insurance money never did anything for reason I was there. Horrible

I know I will never use aspen dental again,they advertise a money back guarantee but I still got screwed out of half my refund when they said that because when i got my dentures my lowers were already permanent because they were already the hard liner and the 90 day guarantee had already expired on them and I got them at the exact same time that I got my upper denture which was the soft liner.Tge dentist took it upon her self to give me an over bite when she done the impressions which I never liked from day one but they sai... read more
Money hungry. Have no care or kindness for patients just want the ole dollar
Absolutely horrendous experience!!!!!! I sat two hours passed my appointment time to see a dentist. I walked out in more pain than when I came in!!!! I waisted half my day to be given antibiotics and another persons name to go see. 1/5 ( the Only reason they got the one star was because of ONE assistant who cared about the girl crying in the waiting room )
Eliminate long, useless wait time in waiting room.😱
