A year ago I went and got a chipped tooth fixed. The male dentist was super arrogant and RUDE to his staff. Anyways, a year later I’m having to get that same tooth fixed because the filling he put on my tooth was entirely too big. I paid a ton of money for nothing.

one year still have no teeth, temps that fall out. lost 22lbs haven't been able to eat for over 8 months. pain for a long time. 3 and a half hour surgery. I was told to pay as much as I could and the rest would be written off. now they want to turn me over for collection. I have paid $3000 and I still have no smile. I am losing faith in Aspen dental.

TERRIBLE!!! I went here because I needed in quickly because I was in a lot of pain. They charged me a bunch of money, kept me there all day until I finally had to leave to get my son from daycare at 5:00, & still NEVER FIXED MY PAIN! I told the dentist before leaving I was in more pain than when I arrived and she shrugged it off. I went back because I was still in pain and they told me I didn’t have a dental problem and basically accused me of wanting pain meds which is not the case and I never asked for any. This place is a joke! They canceled my appointment twice due to the dentist being out sick! I’m missing half a tooth and in pain! I told the lady find me an appointment today! I’m in a lot of pain she called out to North Little Rock and got me squeezed in! Drove out to North Little Rock in which they had sent over the wrong images for my teeth on my chart had somebody else’s teeth images! So then they had to retake my images and charged me!
