Dr. Sharks is patronizing and money grubbing. Though the people in his office are nice enough, they all work together to increase appointments of new patients and ignore current ones. They want new people in the doors. Once there, they will insist you need thousands of dollars of work done and treat you like a child the entire time. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE AspenDental IN BRYANT ARKANSAS! THEY CAN'T KEEP THEIR SCHEDULE TIMES. twice now ive had to cancel my appt because they can't kerp their times from running over from 30 mins to an hour. And they told me i was paying in advance for my cleaning, and fluoride. Now they say thry never charged me for it. And that i dont have a refund for it! I will call my insurance and complain also.
I absolutely hate going to dentist in general but my bottom front four teeth were getting bad to point they were hurting me, so I scheduled an appointment to get them looked at an they said I needed a deep cleaning so they scheduled another appointment to get my teeth cleaned it cost me over thousand dollars they said that my teeth will feel 10 times better once they’re done. Story cut short it’s been two days after appointment an my whole mouth feels worse than before I went to appointment!
I got approved for the genesis card and they still sent me a bill that I owe them money. that charge was supposed to go on my genesis card. they said theres nothing they can do.

I am not one to bash a business, but if you provide patients with an emergency number that number SHOULD be answered and messages should be returned. I have never been in so much pain in my life! I went yesterday to Dr. Shark to have a large molar removed, after telling him I didn’t feel that numb he continued to go ahead with the extraction. His Dental Assistant was awful!! The Bryant location has the sorriest excuse for people I have ever met in my life. From the moment I walked in the lady at the front desk was being extremely rude. The girl that took the x-rays was very rough with me even after telling her I was in terrible pain. The dentist acted like a 2 year old and has no business dealing with the public. I have stage 4 cancer and was supposed to have surgery the following day and wont be able to have it because these people left me with a swollen face and in pain. I plan on doing everyt... read more
