Zero stars. I had originally came to Aspen Dental for a singular tooth removal, then was told that it would be wise to get them all removed due to all the decay and issues I had, on the website they say they do snap in dentures, after speaking with the original doctor that’s what I thought I was financing, apparently that wasn’t the case. Office staff has always been polite and friendly but the dentist that was there 3 years ago was cocky and unprofessional and couldn’t seem to get to work on time. They currently don’t even have a dentist so I am moving to a different dentist office. I don’t feel like I got very good care.

I don’t recommend any part of aspen dental. I used the office in Bryant, AR. During my first visit the doctor, his team and the finance person at the office put together a dental plan to fix my problems. I paid for half and financed half. There was a list itemized out detailing the work the dentist had decided needs to be done. To the tune of $6,000.00 (Six thousand) of my favorite dollars. They rude and obviously racist what does “this isn’t pine bluff anymore” mean ? And I know plenty of pine bluff area with money ! Just unprofessional !!
My daughter just had (Oct 20 2020) the worst NIGHTMARE of a dental visit !! Please read the reviews further down their page. Heed warning when you feel a Red Flag in your spirit... this is a poorly trained, money grabbing dentist.

Do you enjoy pain? Do you enjoy being treated like a horrible person and being told you are the cause of everything wrong? Do you like being ignored? If so, than by all means Dr Shark is your guy. He will yell at you cause you pain and then yell at you for saying your in pain. He will also make you feel as unwelcome and uncomfortable as humanly possible. He will do nothing to ensure your pain is managed while causing more pain. He will make sure you never want to see a dentist ever again.

I highly recommend you find a different dentist. This guy is rude and doesn't care. I spent 400$ to be in pain and to listen to sarcastic remarks like how I should've brushed my teeth better. Disgrace.
