Today I left red faced from crying since id been basicaly accused of being a narcotic hungry faker. And then stuck between the b Passive bickers of shark and one of the girls in a he said she said game. Meanwhile all I'm wanting is some orajel to get me home in one piece...but apparently asking for a "local or topical remedy " is considered grounds for talking down to a patient in pain and assuming they want meds
My Dee went here and she came home crying they hurt her so bad. She said she would never go back to that place again she said they were twice the price of other places too.
Worst experience EVER at a dentist office!!!!!! Dr Sharks gives the worst patient care doesn’t care if you’re in pain. If you complain he’ll take it out on you during a procedure. I’ve never been hurt so bad during a dentist visit that I cried like a child. NIGHTMARE! The nurses were nice except Porsha she made me feel like I was doing everything wrong was no help at all. I have to complete this process cause I’ve invested a lot of money at this office. The smell of cigarettes during my procedure also made me nauseous.

After waiting over a hour, then soon as I’m call s back I️ guess they could tell I️ was upset- they boldly asked me in front of he entire place if “I️ still wanted to be seen” yea, I️ waited for a hour for nothing! Dr. SHARKS and staff are rude and very inconsiderate. I'll NEVER recommend them to anyone. I'm scarred for life from this horrible experience.
My experience at this office wasn't good at all the ex ray nurse was not compassionate at all my tooth was hurting and she act like she didn't care, when ISaw the dr. I thought he would have some compassion but he didn't he told me to look in the mirror I then said I don't need to look in the mirror I know what my smile look like and I cried the rest of the visit, they don't let you set payment plans so the problem still exsit embarrassment all for nothing
The Little Rock office was intent on sending me off until Monday with a tooth broken and jagged to the gum line. After I made the requisite amount of noise they finally referred me to this office. I couldn't be more grateful for their (Little Rock's) incompetence! I was originally scheduled to see the associate dentist.
