If you’re looking for a dental office, keep looking. I ignored the red flags but fortunately did not spend a lot of money to learn how poorly they manage the personnel and the clinic. I’m actually glad they cancelled an appointment without informing me AND refused to ask the dentist to check my painful extraction. Made me angry enough to make the decision to not return.

Don't even bother. It's just another chain and they're only after your money. From the moment I walked in, I knew I wasn't coming back. I wasn't greeted when I walked in. I was just told to sign my name on the sheet. Not only did she not greet me, but the woman at the front desk didn't even look or sound like she wanted to be there. I thought I was scheduled to get my teeth cleaned. No! Don't go here. My experience was reported to the state dental board. I suggest everyone do the same if you've had a bad experience here. Save yourself and go somewhere else.

We scheduled an appointment at 215 and we showed up as a new patient at 2pm waited for almost an hour to be called back. They did X-ray and a scan of her teeth and Shannon the dental hygienist told us what was going on and said she would numb the area because of my wife being in so much pain then waited another 45 mins for the dr to come in and he said he is gonna write a prescription for 800mg ibprophen and antibiotics and still got nothing for pain in the over 2 hours if waiting. I was approved for financial assistance 61 a month starting 30 days after they pulled my teeth 4 teeth, called me in a day early said I'd have to pay $140 cash upfront as far as I'm concerned this place is a scam if I get a bill for anything I will sue

By far the worst dental or medical experience of my life. (Mind you I’ve had all four of my wisdom teeth cut out while awake and it was still a better experience than i received at aspen dental). I’ve never had a dentist ignore me the way dr. Sharks did. He fitted me for a bridge improperly and i will need to have it redone. He left a gap between the bridge and my teeth underneath, the bridge should fit over your teeth perfectly and mine doesn’t. My wife’s dentures have broken 3 times in a year span. Just eating food, nothing hard, didn’t drop them. They broke again tonite at dinner. They just glue them together, they don’t replace them. For as much as we are paying monthly for the dentures, it’s ridiculous. They tell her she didn’t’ buy the right plan. Dentures typically will last 5 years, 1 year and keep breaking under normal use? We are more than upset. Poor customer service and quality.
