Had appointment today at 1 to have permanent crown placed. 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment I inquired how much longer since I signed in prior to my appointment. I was told they would check. I was later told the crown had not arrived and did I want to reschedule. Which I did since I needed permanent crown. In addition my husband was scheduled for a crown last Tuesday but upon visit said it had to be pulled. He was told that a refund would be issued since the price of a extraction was less than a crown. They changed my life with aset of dentures. I stayed in my house for almost 17 years because of dentures that caused me so much pain and embarrassement and now you can't keep me out of the house👏👏👏😁

I have been a patient for over 3 years. This weekend I had part of a filling fall out or I chipped part of my tooth. Either way, I have been calling and calling and calling all morning to get in but no one answers their phones. The phone rings and rings and then eventually I get cut off. Very frustrating. But this is only one of the many complaints I have about this clinic on Pine Island in Cape Coral. I am going to seek out a new dental office.

I had a appointment on Saturday for a cleaning but no one was there.They confirmed the appointment 4 or 5 days ahead. I made another appointment for just a cleaning then future work to be done. They refused to clean my teeth.Don,t go there

My partner needed emergency dental care in April and had dental insurance. For some reason they made me pay in full and said they would bill insurance and then credit me. It is now August and I've never been reimbursed. I have called weekly and first few month they never billed insurance. Next few months they told me they don't owe me. At the cape coral office. My first appointment I waited long to be called in was there al.ost 2 hours for some days and for dentist to just check my teeth. Had to make a second appointment for my cleaning which I was running 10 min late so I called and they said the hygentist would not wait even though they said they had a 15 min grace period. once again my appointment was blown off with no phone call this happens way too much with this company. I'm running out of options, the customer service I received from this company is very unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend Aspen to anybody.
I went in to see if they could fix a hairline crack in my denture. I have very severe anxiety when it comes to dental offices/work. I had to go through all these xrays and exam and still, no one looked at my denture. I have a very long story about what happened yesterday, she even had to take my BP which was 30 points over my normal after taking BP meds late morning. I was quoted a price of 200.00 to fix a hairline crack WITHOUT ONE PERSON looking at the denture. They advertise 79.00 repairs. It was a waste of my time and th... read more
