They were pleasant enough I suppose, but I came in with a lot of pain and I left in a lot of pain so they really didn't do anything to alleviate my pain and that is what I came for. They did a lot of x-rays and I saw the hygienist which I did not need at that time because she just wanted to sell me a cleaning. Horrible experience, hygienist was the worse ever. I'll never go back there again. Have to pay for service before it's done so you have no recourse. They rob you blind.
Had appointment for cleaning and check-up. Waited over 2.5 hrs and walked out. Everyone appeared to be huddled in a back office for a meeting. No one even at the front desk.
My husband used Aspen Dental when he broke his dentures. We were able to get a cancellation appointment quickly but had to wait over an hour just to hand someone his dentures to repair and quote a price. We can back the next day just to pick them up and ended up waiting again when all they had to do was hand them to him and pay. That are not very organized with their appointment times. My only choice due to insurance. They messed up my billing in Pittsburgh. Had a 30 minute wait in Cape Coral. They all seem vague about treatment procedures & how things will go. But, wherever we go in our RV we have a dentist.
I took my son and they wanted $12,000 for work, then after insurance and discounts it was 5,800 and they wanted it in full before they would do anything, then wanted me to pay 133.00 for a second opinion from one of there own doctors, that's insane!
I will never go to another Aspen Dental again!!! I was ripped off & charged for services I did not receive!! I was a N.P..came in for Xrays/consult. I needed either a crown w/a possible root canal done or my own temp crown fixed (was loose & missing material) & recemented..then schedule work for a implant to be done. Place is a butcher shop that just sees dollar signs when they see you and try to sell you any procedure they think you will pay for. Don't do it!
