I don’t ever write reviews because as a small business owner I know they can hurt your business, however, this needed to be done. I had the worst experience of my life at Aspen Dental. I am young and need 23 teeth pulled and need dentures because I have a medical condition that kills them all. I went in and was crying in the waiting room, the rep at the desk brought me a tissue. I don’t usually give reviews, especially bad ones. But here goes! I am new to Florida and was in need of my regular dental cleaning. I searched out some local places. Got an apt at the Cape Coral office. You offered a free exam and xrays because I do not have dental ins. I had many xrays taken then sat with the hygenist. During the exam the hygienist, rattled off the gum measurement no’s. Had a bad experience both with the assistant and dentist. They were both more concern about the time them what they were doing. The dentist did not even wait until the numbing gel took hold. The assistant kept pulling my check and ended up with a bruise. My tooth hurts more now than before I went to the dentist.

They overcharged my wife for a tooth extraction when she went in and said just in case it was a difficult pull. The dentist said it was an easy pull and the charge is only $159.00 We were supposed to get are refund of the difference and they never did. It's been over a month and the manager is now on vacation. I made my wife call the credit card company and do a dispute and charge back to Aspen Dental. Never pay up front with them. They also said she needs $7000 worth of work because her other dentist messed up her mouth. We... read more

I had an appointment this week just to have a clean up!!! But all changes when they wanted to do something completely the opposite. So they make believe a story just because my insurance was not going to pay them. They are absolutely not to be trusted.

After 6 months of care from this office due to continued returns included in the original cost, I have given them multiple opportunities to get it together but again, today, I walked out. Poor scheduling, so plan to wait a minimum of 45 minutes for your appointment and 3 hours for a walk in. Poor care, one hand does not know what the other is doing and everyone assumes someone else did their job. Went in to check out for work I needed done,asked several times about charges for all the ex-rays, exams and 1st checkup, told it would Not cost me as a new patient. Made next appointment and had to pay my portion up front, went in to find they had used $120 of my up front money for I don't know what, but said I had a "Credit" on my account of less than what I wrote my check for.
