This was the worst experience ever. Went in with a toothache and left the same way I went in. They did exrays and talked about a cleaning more then why I went in. They looked at my teeth and that was it. The dentists said have a nice day and walked out. I was told I have to make an appointment for my toothache. The appointment is not for 3 weeks. I’m afraid that me needing a filling is going to turn into a lot more. I think they just want to see how much money they can get out of you.

This was my second time coming here only because I had to get a filling done . My appointment was for 10:30 and waited an hour to be called back . Once I got back I waited another hour an a half for them to even get started . The staff needs to learn chair side manners. I was satisfied with the work itself and the price but I also have partials and had extensive dental work done a year ago in Texas and so glad I will be moving back . No one can. The CEO and all management have no clue how to run a successful dentist practice. I highly recommend NOT using Aspen Dental ever anywhere.

I went in to the Cape Coral office because of tooth pain. After x-rays a Dentist came in for 3 minutes told me I had problems with 4 teeth and left. I was then sent to the Office Manager who told me that it was going to cost 6000 dollars (I don't have dental insurance which they knew beforehand) and that they could squeeze me in - in Punta Gorda - 2 days later ... even though I was in pain. I explained when I came in, why I was there. Wanted 3 tooth removed and a new partial. 3 teeth were pulled, but one of them was left and another was pulled.. that I was not aware had a problem.I was told I would get the Temp. partial right after my teeth were removed, standard procedure from past experiences, actually it was much later that day! TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES!! Scammed my son into a “specialized” fluoride treatment which cost an extra $60. Then they never submitted the claim to our insurance company. We have 100% coverage on basic exams, cleaning & fluoride treatment and they upsold my son to get more money! After several phone calls I had to pay the $160 in upsells to not be turned over to collections. Claim was NEVER sent to insurance company. I tell everyone to stay away from this shady chain.

I am so grateful I got a second opinion. I am a cash pay patient. I take extremely good care of my teeth, have never had a cavity but due to the loss of insurance, hadn’t seen a dentist in a year and a half. I knew I had plaque build up. I was told by Aspen that I had not one but two cavities that needed filled and together with my cleaning it would cost me almost $1,400 after their discounts. Absolutely not. I went to Towncare and guess what... I have ZERO cavities and $260 will cover my cleaning and my mouth wash. Crooks.
