they will not call back with information you are trying to get. but if you have care credit you don't have a problem been call over a month and still don't have the information I need they made my dentures years ago now they promised to call and never do

They will mistreat you while you are under anesthesia. They ended up causing damage to my wife’s shoulder while she was getting her wisdom teeth taken out . She had bruising all over her shoulder and I still have no answer on how they caused that to her and WHY!! How is this even legal? First, they cancelled my appointment at 7:53 am when my appointment was at 8am. They also said I was late arriving. As a new patient and with COVID 19 happening I’m embarrassed that I even scheduled with them. If you don’t want new patients then don’t schedule them to begin with. While on the phone with whomever I was speaking with, they were not able to accommodate my schedule. My parents have gone there and have had similar challenges. Has anyone ever taken legal action against them? We have several people tell us we should. My husband has not had teeth he can wear and hasn't been able to eat real food for six weeks now. And now they are closed due to COVD19.

The Rudest People on the planet. the Racist Natzi that come out and called my GF into the back Barked it was company policy no one but the patient allowed in the back. While on the wall they have posted its a HIPPA violation to allow anyone in the back. It IS NOT A HIPPA VIOLATION. My GF has anxiety issues and panic attacks. The Cartersville, GA office of Aspen Dental separated me from my Service Dog (and my husband) even though I explained that I have extreme PTSD. I was brutally assaulted during a home invasion in 2011. It has taken me YEARS to even be able to get dental work done at all because having people I don't know right in my face freaks me out.
