Im going to try to keep this short even though I could write a book on how terrible this place is. I had dental work done here 2 days ago - 2 fillings on the side of my mouth. Look at what this dentist did to my mouth!!!! Picture in comments. I am 22 weeks pregnant!!! I suspect they may have even used a dirty needle on me to numb me - the dentist stuck it in my mouth then noticed that the supposedly new shot of novocaine was empty after sticking me!!! To start with, I made an appointment for my husband for a cleaning. I told them when I called that the only X-rays covered under our insurance were bitwig. My husband went to his appointment on 12/27 where NO cleaning was performed. Instead hey did what they are calling a Comprehensive Exam. Apparently in the Comprehensive Exam they determined it would cost $2,000 for my husband’s initial cleaning and proceeded to give him a breakdown of how many cleanings he would need before it would be regular price. I scheduled an appt. To have a tooth removed I was told it would be 90.00 so I go in get the x-rays done. Then he tells me it will be 197 for the extraction. Needless to say I'm still having horrible pain and still have the broken tooth bc I can't afford to pay that price
No personal care. All they want it to do big ticket work. I just needed a cracked tooth pulled. She wouldn't even discuss it. They have a 3 tooth minimum. I swear she said that.

I had a tooth pulled and had to go back 4 times after that and still 1 weeks later I have pulled more gauze out of the hole myself. I had seen a different dentist each time in a week's span of 4 visits. How can you get personal care if this is the case. Very dissatisfied will nkt go back or recommend. Also had a bad experience with finance dept. Also they charged me for a $135.00 electric toothbrush and never made me aware of it. I found charges on my bill after my visit.

This is absolutely the best place to go in Cartersville the worst place to go is affordable dentures or staff are very rude and I do not stand by their promise so if you need any dental work at all I prefer you come to Aspen dental this dad that Aspen dental work more than helpful and we’re so very kind

For a national chain, the brand marketing garners a lot of consumer impressions. They really ride on "AFFORDABLE" in their marketing of the brand, if only the company matched that claim. Many of the procedures are actually higher than the American Dental Association and Insurance companies report for 2017. Don't rely on their brand marketing. It simply is not accurate.
