Worse service ever! First after being a customer for a few years with insurance they over charged me over $500 for services. Then it took months to get the money back. Now after making an appointment in July for THIS week I get a call that they need to change the time of my appointment. Knowing the reason I chose this appointment is because I have to come after work. Customer service at this office is non existent. They talk over you when they know they are wrong. Will never walk in their office again
Will NOT BE BACK!!! I moved down to cartersville so I had to find a new dentist did NOT WANT To drive to my hometown an hour away. Well at my usual dentist pay co-pay they would clean my teeth very good check to see if there's any cativies. & if you were good you wouldn't see them for another 6 months. was told i needed to have a tooth surgically removed and all they did was numb me up and pull with pliers was very painful i was understanding but to tell someone that it was surgical and it clearly was not just a difficult pull. had to change chairs because the one i was in was not working. the assistant was not paying attention and kept pinching my lip to my front tooth with the suction i now have a busted and bruised lip because of this i kept telling her and she would move and then do it again. i did not feel she was qua... read more
Went in with a problem with the dentures that were just made last week . They were made wrong and not lined up straight with my face . The dds said he could do nothing about it , 7 year warranty. I want a new set made or my money back . It plainly states money back warranty . Erika Martin has done everything possible to make this a positive experience , she is great ! My husband went in for a toothache and they took a full set of x-rays for the one tooth that was hurting and then they wanted to schedule him for his dental review it was an emergency it was the week before Christmas and now we are paying for a full set of x-rays because he's already had those done. I've been trying all day to call about my bill and I can't get through because they have a high call volume. I'm going to keep trying because I don't think I should have to pay for a full set of x-rays when all I needed was one.
I went to Aspen Dental in Cartersville Ga.I got my teeth pulled got my upper plate and lower partial for a whopping 3,800 $ first off it was a rush rush deal (stuoid on my part) got my immediant on june 23 1.
